VP of Construction - Responsible for Running the commercial construction process. Sr. Level Project Management position turning into management.

Project Manager – Growing niche company seeks experienced PM. You will be responsible for taking all projects assigned from conception to completion. The desired result must be a profitable, on time, project for the company with very high degrees of product quality, client satisfaction, and subcontractor performance and satisfaction. Proven commercial track record needed.

PM & Estimator - needed for full service contractor. A specialized full service remedeation contractor located in the Northtowns seeks an experienced Project Manager and an Estimator. Undertake complex projects and successfully complete them safely, within budget and on time. Salary to $70K.

Project Manager & Superintendent - Local Commercial Construction Company is in need of a Project Manager and Superintendent due to strong growth. Prior GC background, strong organizational and people skills. A minimum of 3+ years experience.

Must have ability to:

1. Read and understand blueprints & specs of different formats.
2. Draw details, floor plans and elevations.
3. Estimate Hard bid and Conceptual contract work.
4. Secure owners contract and all appropriate insurances, bonds change orders, and permits for both self and subcontractors.
5. Keep all financial, technical and drawing records up to date.
6. Write scope of work.
7. Communicate and negotiate effectively.
8. Must have word processing skills on a PC.
