New Frontiers in Traumatic Brain Injury had its inception in Buffalo, NY in August of 2000, providing in home services to individuals with brain injury who desired to live in and be a part of the community. Since then, our company has grown in size, complexity and structure, with another office in New York City, as well as additional services, programs and populations served. As we grew, the management of New Frontiers quickly realized that our hiring needs were getting well beyond our personal abilities to control.

APA Solutions and Jean Filipiak has been the answer to our prayers and a cure for our hiring headaches. Jean has taken the time to listen closely first and foremost to what our company is all about, who we are, our mission and vision, and to what values we hold dear.
